Meet Shannon

I have 37 years of experience selling real estate, 17 years of experience as a certified real estate appraiser, and two years of experience in a county assessor’s office. I’m approved to submit offers on HUD homes. I also work with buyers and sellers of any residential property. Additionally, have extensive knowledge of wells, septic systems, and easements. With my diverse experience, my goal is to take the stress out of buying or selling real estate.
